I have a flexible style of teaching that can cater to all students and abilities. I would also say that I am a high-achieving teacher. For example, in my last role, I managed to turn around an underperforming class. At the end of the year, their examination pass rate was 15 percent higher than their previous average.

I engage my students in group activities in the language which is comfortable for them. I also Lessen their talk and give more time for students to talk among themselves, which increases communication when other methods fail. Games are engaging for students who are tired of learning.
