About the lesson

What it really means is that I adapt to the VARK learning styles: • Visual (diagrams, flowcharts, videos) • Auditory (discussion, explanation) • Reading/Writing (notes, summaries, practice papers) • Kinesthetic (hands-on learning, active recall techniques) If you’re struggling with understanding concepts, these strategies help unlock new ways to grasp and retain information. When it comes to exam papers, I share practical tips from years of analysing past papers—spotting the patterns, themes, and “tricks” examiners like to use. Many students find experiment-based and maths-heavy questions intimidating, but I’ve developed step-by-step approaches that take you from “I’m stuck” to “I’ve got this.” If time management is the bigger challenge, I’ll help you apply the SMART goal framework (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound). As a former high school student juggling 5+ subjects, tuition, extracurriculars, parent expectations, and a social life—I get it. That’s why I also integrate positive reinforcement and motivational strategies, so you’re not just learning but also staying energised and confident.
