Excusing any familial bias, my dad is a patient, intelligent man with an infectious and unrivalled love of mathematics. As the eldest of his four daughters, I’ve seen him teach students both willing and unwilling, both interested in maths and uninterested, naturally gifted and... less mathematically inclined. With plenty of hours assisting us all with our homework, from learning our numbers through to completing our A Levels, I’m sure he’d be a wonderful tutor to any lucky students! His approach is rooted in a belief that children of all ages should be heard and their opinions valued, allowing them to learn to take responsibility over their own learning and develop their own passions and confidence in what they do. 5 stars!

I have known William Blamey for close to 2 decades now. He is very logical and is naturally mathematically minded. He is also an extremely patient person and able to teach and explain complex problems to a layman. He is also an excellent communicator. In my opinion he would make an excellent maths tutor and I would highly recommend him.

William was a great mentor to me for over ten years when I worked for him as a Quantitative Analyst in a Tier 1 Investment Bank in the City. He has extensive knowledge of Mathematical Finance and was always able to explain often difficult concepts in clear and intuitive ways.
