About Stephen
My job is to build my students' confidence and abilities to tackle English speaking in the real world. Languages open up doors and being able to proficiently speak, read, write and understand English in different accents is fundamental to reaching one's life goals. I try to achieve this in a laid back manner, but I do push my students to get out of their comfort zones, so that they are able to grow both as English speakers and people.

My lessons are individually designed based on your goals and skill levels. - There is always a warm-up activity to help set the mood for the class, which includes ice breakers, mini-games, and brainstorming are among a wide variety of options to open the class. - The main body of the class will focus on the goal for that day, which for example, can be preparing for a business presentation. During this section, we would prepare a business presentation, and this would include reviewing any necessary grammar to make sure the presentation is given error free. - The conclusion of the class is where the student will produce what we have been working on, whether it's giving the business presentation, writing a business email, or having a basic conversation with new acquaintances.
