About Nawang
Hi, I’m Nawang — a qualified Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher. I combine yoga and fitness to help you build strength, mobility, flexibility and confidence in your body.
Whether you’re completely new to exercise, want to improve your yoga practice, get stronger, become more flexible, or simply feel better and move better, I’ll tailor each session to your goals and experience.
My sessions can be yoga-focused, strength-focused, or a combination of both, including mobility, functional movement, breathwork and relaxation.
I believe exercise should be sustainable, enjoyable and suited to your body — not about trying to achieve someone else’s version of fitness.
Online 1:1 sessions: £40 / 60 minutes.

We can focus on yoga, personal training, or a combination of both, depending on what you want to achieve. Sessions can include strength training, mobility, flexibility, functional movement, yoga flows, breathwork and relaxation.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or already active, I’ll adapt the session to you and help you progress at your own pace.
