Hi! I’m Vicky, an international certified Yoga Instructor and Online Personal Trainer offering personalized sessions in Spanish, English, and Italian.
I specialize in private online yoga classes, mobility, and breathwork sessions designed to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and overall well-being.
My classes combine strength, mobility, breathwork, and mindfulness to help you feel better in your body while building sustainable wellness habits. I work with beginners, experienced practitioners, and busy adults looking for guided online sessions that fit real life.
With years of international teaching experience, I focus on safe movement, proper alignment, and creating a supportive environment where each student can progress at their own pace. At FITVICKYFIT, yoga sessions are designed to support both physical strength and mental balance through a practical and personalized approach.
Classes combine movement, breathwork, mobility, and mindfulness techniques to help improve flexibility, posture, body awareness, and overall well-being. Each session is adapted to the student's level, goals, and physical condition, making the practice accessible for beginners as well as more experienced practitioners.
My teaching approach focuses on safe alignment, gradual progress, and building a strong connection between body and breath. Whether your goal is to reduce stress, improve mobility, complement other training, or simply reconnect with your body, sessions are structured to help you progress in a sustainable way.
Lessons are available online worldwide and can be individual or private small-group sessions.
