About Nolene
As an intuitive extrovert, I have no difficulty in attuning and adapting to the person in front of me. It comes easy to me to support in a warm and strengthening manner while I am working on building a skill with someone. Teacher is more to me than only reciting the subject matter; it is connecting and equipping a young person with skills. I am reliable and enthusiastic and have a lot of creative skills and ideas that I bring to my lessons.

My teaching method and lessons are grounded in a client-centred approach, recognising that each individual is the expert on their own experiences, strengths, and needs. I adapt my teaching style, pace, and strategies to suit the person in front of me taking into account his/her temperament, learning style, and circumstances. I believe that the best learning happens interpersonally. I am fluent in Afrikaans and English, and my lessons are creative and fun and focus on early childhood through to primary education (11 years)
