Hi, I’m Savannah! I have been tutoring at various writing centers for almost 9 years. My academic interests include writing center studies, digital methods and methodologies, participatory cultures, and applied semiotics.

My Masters in English with an emphasis in Writing Studies has provided me training in the most effective cognitive and motivational scaffolding strategies to tutor you.
During writing sessions, my strengths are asking in-depth questions about your work and coming up with writing plans to utilize together and on your own.
I also prioritize familiarizing myself with your writing background and helping you to easily establish the criteria of your projects.
For feedback, I can assess and annotate your pieces through a variety of modalities including in-person, synchronous online, and asynchronous online documents with additional knowledge of video and audio recording.
