I will tell my students that I will have their interests and I will try to gear the lessons to include what they are interested in. I would make sure they are understanding the lesson. If not, I would tell the student that it is okay and not to worry. I will use a lot of incentives to encourage learning.

Just to teach and work with students is enough for me.I use a variety of teaching strategies so I can reach all students. I strongly believe that all students have the ability to learn. Every student deserves the same chance to a great learning experience. I use all the senses to make sure all students learn the concepts being taught. My biggest reward is seeing a student finally understand a concept, and completely do it on their own.
