About Rory
Hi
My name is Rory Jackson
I am a graduate student of NYU with a major in collaborative arts. I studied fine arts and acting mostly as my mediums. But I also tried out many different types of mediums that called to me through the college process.
I invest my time in creating and expressing myself fully and through many ways.
I want to help bestow that knowledge and creative drive onto others and find where their passions lie and how to encourage that out from within.

My lesson plan would consist of a warm-up with a painting/drawing of the same thing each session so that the client could see an active improvement in their skill.
Then I would have the client paint something that feels inspiring and exciting to them, or something that they want to work on. While they do this I would also paint something myself, not as a comparison but as an inspiring guide to help their mind think and grow outside of the box.
I would also add other materials into the mix such as clay and cloth to inspire different texture or medium options.
(experience levels would vary the plan)
