About Millie
With over 10 years of experience in performance, I have performed all over Australia and developed a strong passion for music, performance, and songwriting. I am a graduate of the CMAA Academy and have also had the opportunity to perform in stadiums throughout my career. I’m currently preparing for my first overseas show with Breaking Sound.
Alongside performing, I have extensive songwriting experience and love helping students build both their technical skills and creative confidence. I tailor my lessons to suit each student’s individual goals and learning style, creating a supportive and encouraging environment where they can learn at their own pace.
My teaching focuses on building strong foundations while keeping lessons engaging, practical, and enjoyable. Whether you’re a complete beginner, an aspiring performer wanting to build stage confidence, or someone interested in songwriting and creativity, I aim to help every student feel confident, inspired, and excited about their musical journey.

I take a patient, personalised approach to tutoring, adapting each lesson to suit the student’s learning style, confidence level, and goals. I focus on building strong foundations, encouraging independent thinking, and making lessons engaging and supportive. I also make sure lessons are interactive, with regular feedback and encouragement throughout.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes long, although I can also offer shorter or longer sessions depending on the student’s needs. Sessions can cover homework support, exam preparation, revision strategies, or ongoing skill development.
I have experience working with students of different ages and abilities, helping them improve confidence, organisation, and academic performance. I aim to create a relaxed and positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and progressing at their own pace.
My lessons are suitable for primary school, high school, and beginner-level students, depending on the subject area and individual learning goals - but all ages are welcome!
