About Muhammed Hanefi
I started playing the guitar at a very young age. I am a graduate of Dicle University State Conservatory. Here I met Turkish Music and tanbur. I graduated in 2014. I have been a music teacher since 2015. While continuing to teach, I did a Master's Degree with Thesis in Turkish Music Department at İnönü University and graduated from here in 2019. Apart from Tanbur and Guitar, I also play Classical Kemençe and Piano.

Although it changes depending on the situation of the student in tanbur lessons, note locations, note values, etc., on the stave, which we call basic music theory in the first lessons. topics are discussed. After these are grasped, information is given about the holding of the drum and the strings of the drum one by one. Then, the note places on the tanbur are grasped and this goes on like this. Topics such as playing a piece at advanced levels, percussion techniques in the tanbur, and playing the pieces by including ornamental upper strings are covered. Turkish Music Theory (MAKAM) lessons are also interspersed with tanbur education. Of course, although each of these are quite challenging issues for beginners, there is nothing that a person cannot do after they want and persevere, by Allah's leave.
