About Vishruth
Myself Vishruth aka Shoonyayogi living in Himalaya. After my engineering I did my master's in yogic science and therapy. I have taught in multiple yoga schools and I have 6+ years of experience teaching yoga and 12+ years of experience practicing yoga. My goal is to help as many people as possible in recovering from any struggle they are going through in life.

Sir is the best teacher I've ever taken classes from. He explains every aspect of postures and breathing which really helps cement the purpose of each technique.
He teaches in simple progressions making it easy to follow the lessons and keeps you motivated to continue with the classes.
