About Humayra
Hi, I'm Humayra, an Applied Data Science student at Monash University and a high school valedictorian, with a strong background in Mathematics, Biology, and Physics. I achieved the highest mark in the country in A Level Biology (UK board exams) and near-perfect scores in A Level Mathematics.
Due to my excellent performance in A Levels, I was awarded a scholarship worth $36,000, which enables me to attend Monash University, a Group of Eight (Go8) university, as an international student.
I want to help high school students achieve excellent ATARs so that they, too, can attend top universities.

My classes are for high school students in Year 9 to Year 12. I have experience teaching Year 10 students (O level Students) mathematics and pure mathematics (equivalent to Year 12 Methods).
My teaching style focuses on breaking complex concepts into small easy-to-understand steps. I help students become experts their subjects through clear explanations, worked examples, practice questions, and constant revision.
I adapt my lessons to the goals of each student, whether that's improving grades, preparing for exams, or gaining confidence in a subject. My sessions are 1 to 2 hours long depending on the needs of the student.
