About Yusri

Hi! My name is Yusri, and I offer private tutoring in Mathematics and Physics. I am a dedicated and patient tutor who believes that every student is capable of understanding these subjects when they are explained clearly and step by step. My approach is friendly, structured, and personalized. I focus on building strong foundational understanding first, then guiding students through problem-solving techniques that help them gain confidence and improve their marks. My tutoring approach is centred on building strong conceptual understanding and confidence. I begin by assessing each student’s current level—identifying strengths, gaps, and learning preferences. I then tailor lessons to their needs, using clear explanations, step-by-step methods, and real-life examples to make abstract ideas in Mathematics and Physics easier to understand.
What makes my teaching unique is my focus on simplifying complex concepts without losing accuracy. I use visual aids, diagrams, and guided problem-solving to help students develop real intuition rather than just memorising steps. I also prioritise a supportive and encouraging environment, making sure students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.
