About Jean
I am a third year medical student. I am an experience biology tutor. I have a love of teaching and really enjoy sharing my passion for biology with other students. I understand that biology is a very content heavy subject and have many tips to help remember the high yield topics. Having doing the Leaving Cert only in 2021, I understand the stress of sitting the Leaving Cert.

I am a Leaving Cert biology tutor. I have previous experience teaching both 5th and 6th year students on zoom.
I use the whiteboard feature frequently in lessons. I also provide concise, easy to use notes to accompany my teaching.
Lessons are typically an hour however can be adapted to suit the student.
My teaching style would focus more on recalling information and would be more question based which is a technique that helped me to get 625 points in my Leaving Cert and continues to help me to achieve great results in my exam.
However, my teaching style will adapt based on the student.
I have helped students who received 40% in their mocks increase their grades to a H2 and H3.
