About Lisa
I am a medical doctor. I have taught medical, biomedical and physiotherapy students. I also started an educational initiative at a local library where I helped school students with their homework. Furthermore, I co-founded a medical education organisation, teaching hundreds of medical students.

My teaching method will vary based on who I am teaching. I would need to assess how much they know. I like to keep my teaching simple and easy to understand. Engaging the student is paramount and I’d try to do this by asking them questions and setting homework. I would then encourage memorisation through this also, along with repetition. As a doctor I have to be equipped in discussing complex information at a basic and easy-to-digest level without overwhelming my patients. I’ve had thorough training for this and have gained a good amount of experience doing so!
