About Salah
I am a medical doctor with a diverse blend of clinical, academic, and research experience, dedicated to helping students master medicine with clarity and confidence. I earned my MD from the University of Sharjah in 2016, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship in transplant biology and immunology, where I developed a strong foundation in complex biomedical sciences and evidence-based thinking.
Alongside my research, I worked as a clinical trial coordinator with Pfizer, gaining valuable insight into real-world medicine, clinical decision-making, and the application of scientific knowledge in patient care. I then completed three years of general surgery residency training in the United States, where I refined my clinical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and ability to perform under pressure.
This unique combination of research, industry, and hands-on clinical training allows me to teach medicine in a way that is both deeply conceptual and highly practical. I specialize in breaking down complex topics into clear, high-yield explanations, helping students not only understand the material but retain and apply it effectively.
I offer tutoring across both basic sciences and clinical subjects, with focused preparation for major exams including USMLE, PLAB, MRCS, and MCAT. My sessions are structured, interactive, and tailored to each student’s goals—whether that’s building a strong foundation, improving weak areas, or achieving top exam performance.
