About Chris
I am a UK-qualified and trained medical doctor with 10 years of experience in clinical practice. I graduated from Imperial College London in 2009, and completed post-graduate training in internal medicine in Kent, Surrey and London. I became a Member of the Royal College of Physicians (UK) in 2013. I then joined the pan-London training programme in Infectious Diseases and Medical Microbiology, becoming a Fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists in 2017. Through my work and training, I have an encyclopaedic knowledge of microbiology, cellular biology and clinical physiology.
I can also teach Maths and Biology to A-level, and am familiar with the latest specifications.
I also have a significant interest in medical school admissions, and have participated in a number of access to medicine programmes teaching interview technique. I have also been a member of the admissions panel to Imperial College School of Medicine. I am particularly interested in seeing students who require interview practice prior to medical/dental/veterinary interviews in order to formulate a rounded plan to maximise success.

My teaching methods are strictly individualised and flexible. Each student is an individual with unique learning needs, and I consider it a duty to engage with these to maximise the learning time. I am happy to teach didactically or socratically (the problem-based approach) where required. I am approachable, sympathetic and have an excellent sense of humour.
