About RENUKA
I am an experienced yoga educator, MSc Gold Medalist in Yoga and Holistic Health, and Yoga Alliance RYT-500 certified instructor dedicated to helping students develop physical strength, mobility, and lasting mental clarity. Rooted in classical tradition yet grounded in modern biomechanics, my teaching bridges authentic yogic principles with a practical, accessible approach suitable for practitioners of all levels.
Alongside my immersive study of classical Hatha yoga, breathwork, and yogic philosophy, I hold a background in computer engineering. This analytical foundation shapes my structured, detail-oriented teaching methodology—ensuring every session is organized with clear progressions, purposeful pacing, and attentive alignment cues tailored to individual needs.

My focus areas include spine and posture, mobility, stress management, nervous-system regulation, Yin Yoga, and overall mind-body wellbeing. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, each session is adapted to meet you where you are.
What makes my classes different is the attention to why we practice each movement, not simply how to perform it. I explain the body mechanics behind postures and help you develop awareness, control, breathing, and sustainable progress.
Classes are conducted online, making it possible to practice from the comfort of your home while receiving individual guidance and corrections.
My goal is simple: to help you build a yoga practice that feels safe, meaningful, sustainable, and relevant to your everyday life.
