About Dipika
Namaste! I am a Certified Yoga Teacher with over 5 years of teaching experience, trained in the traditional Indian Gurukulam method. My journey in yoga is guided by the belief that yoga is a complete practice for the body, mind, and inner well-being.
I specialize in Yoga Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation, Breathwork, Strength Training, and Yogic Philosophy. My teaching focuses on building a strong foundation through correct posture, alignment, mindful breathing, and personalized guidance.
I create a supportive and comfortable learning environment where students of all levels can practice with confidence. Whether you are a beginner starting your yoga journey or an experienced practitioner looking to deepen your practice, I provide patient guidance and structured sessions based on your individual goals.
