About Mark
In my early years in school, and career, I lacked confidence. However in time I learned I was someone who had a lot to offer in this world. Not only in a work environment but in inner personal relationships. I learned that quiet person just needed a little bit of help to open up and express. Silly, humor, even anger when appropriate. It was all there, I just needed to learn how to channel to get there. I have dealt with death, relationships, friendships, and all of the ups and down that come with those experiences. I am willing to share certain experiences not only for you to relate but grow and learn from. Don't be afraid of showing emotion in my lessons, be afraid of not doing so. The objective will always be to find how to best express who you really are.

Have you ever been in a room and not had any idea what to say, or maybe even questioning going to an even that involves others? I want to help you gain confidence in who you are and learn to speak what is inside you without fear it is wrong or embarrassing. We are all different so I want to help you learn to be the best person you can with being true to who you really are. Experience that uncomfortable feeling being around others with me so we can simulate it and work past that fear! I'm not hear to make you comfortable in your fears or anxieties, I'm hear to help you express the fear and get you past it in a relaxing atmosphere. I do not believe forcing anxiety upon someone is helpful I want to push you in the direction you desire in a pace that works best for you! Lessons will be given in material form and worked though in one on one with classmates and instructor. You will not be learning by just materials, they are for reference only. Most of your learning will come from interactions with me as an instructor or peers. These lessons are for those who are afraid of their own emotions and presenting them selves in front of other people. I will present an environment where you are free to express who you are and how to manage negative feedback from peers.
