About Céline
I am a tax lawyer at the Paris bar and an associate in the tax law department of the international law firm in Paris. In practice, I advise an international clientele on all aspects of transactional and cross-border taxation. I also assist clients in matters of property taxation and tax litigation.
I graduated from the Master 2 Tax Lawyer from Paris V Descartes and holder of the Certificate of Aptitude for the Profession of Lawyer (CAPA). I got 13/20 in the writings.
I also hold a University Diploma in Lawyer Tax Advice for Businesses in partnership with EY Société d'avocats.
I am also a member of the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux (IACF).

My courses are aimed at law students wishing to deepen certain aspects of their course, in particular tax law (business tax law, corporate tax law, international tax law, European tax law, property taxation). Exercises allowing you to understand the methodology and the reasoning to adopt to solve the practical cases will be proposed to you.
I am also ready to support students for the preparation of the CRFPA (general regime of obligations, summary note, specialization in business law or tax law) that I obtained at the IEJ of Paris II ASSAS with 13/20 written average.
I also help write CVs, cover letters, advice on finding an internship / collaboration.
My +: being confronted with the practice in my daily life, my experience will allow you to have a practical vision and to understand how to concretely use your knowledge.
