About Dr Esther
I am a data scientist, psychometrician, trial statistician, and mental health researcher at Oxford and Cambridge University. I also consult and teach in these areas of expertise. I have several years of teaching experience at 5 different Universities in 3 different countries. I am German and completed my BSc, MSc, and PhD at German-speaking Universities. I also tutor German. I am also a qualified yoga teacher, personal trainer (resistance training, conditioning, calisthenics, swimming), and a passionate advocate for physical and mental health. I teach and train at 6 different places in Oxford and Cambridge, as well as online, and take on clients on a 1:1 basis, small groups, and classes.

I teach strong and dynamic Power and Vinyasa Yoga, as well as Forrest Yoga, and restorative Yoga. I am passionate about teaching all kinds of arm balances (all the flying birds!) and inversions (headstand, forearm balance, handstand, etc.). I also offer strength building sessions, such as core strength and upper body strength. I provide a safe space for you to explore challenges and facilitate physical and mental growth.
