About Emily
In the past, I have helped my students work towards JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) or supplementing their university degrees, helping them where studying alone may be a little more challenging. I also have experience in teaching people who are learning it casually as a hobby. I've assisted in speaking, reading, as well as guiding students through grammar and conjugation.

I have JLPT N1, equating to a near-native comprehension of the language. I'm happy to assist in any reading, writing or speaking practice, including GCSE, A-Level and JLPT. A lot of students I have had in the past have been beginner learners too :)
I base my teaching on what my student would like to learn or want help with, and prepare material based on or surrounding that topic. I strongly believe in an encouraging and engaging approach to teaching really helps people learn the most.
