About Olga
I have been giving Pilates and Yoga classes in Russia and the Netherlands for more than 9 years. I am a Yoga Teacher for the Basketball Academy in Zwolle where I work with LOOT students. After having experienced various learning styles, I deliberately chose to become a student of BKS Iyengar. In addition to my already obtained certificates, I am now under the supervision of Delilah King at the BKS Iyengar Institute in Amsterdam for my diploma Iyengar Yoga Teacher. I am a member of the Iyengar Yoga Association Netherlands and the Dutch Yoga Teachers Association.

I believe that the Iyengar method is truly unique and special. In Iyengar yoga you are always a student, you can never say "I did it". It is about being 100% involved in your practice. There are so many levels to know your body and mind, so many ideas to see the difference "before" and "after" in each asana. It is a challenge every day! I would like to transfer my personal knowledge and experience to you.

Olga is een zeer vaardige lerares met oog voor detail. Ze heeft mij erg goed geholpen om de juiste houding aan te kunnen nemen en mijn lichaam te beheersen. In het begin was ik erg sceptisch over yoga in het algemeen maar ik ben blij dat ik het een kans heb gegeven bij Olga. Door haar begeleiding ben ik beter gaan presteren in mijn eigen sport.
