I am an internationally certified Advanced Yoga Teacher with over 9 years of teaching experience, helping students improve their physical, mental, and emotional well-being through personalized yoga sessions.

About the Class
Duration: 60 Minutes
Every class is personalized according to your goals, experience, and fitness level.
Class Structure
️ 1. Centering (3–5 mins)
Begin with a Gayatri Mantra or Patanjali Mantra, followed by mindful breathing to create a calm and focused mindset.
2. Warm-up (8–10 mins)
Joint mobility exercises, gentle stretches, and body activation to prepare for practice.
️ 3. Pranayama (5–10 mins)
Breathing techniques to improve lung capacity, boost energy, reduce stress, and increase mental clarity.
4. Yoga Asanas (35–40 mins)
A personalized Hatha or Ashtanga Yoga practice focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, posture correction, weight management, PCOS support, back pain relief, or overall fitness.
5. Relaxation (5–10 mins)
Guided Meditation or Yoga Nidra to relax the body, calm the mind, and restore energy.
