About Camilla
Watching someone find ease in their breath after a long day is why I teach. My mat feels like a quiet sanctuary where tension finally leaves the shoulders.
I completed a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh to ground my practice in ancient tradition. For 13 years, I have guided individuals through the intersection of linguistics and physical movement. Precision is at the core of my approach because our bodies deserve careful attention. I hold a BA in Linguistics which informs how I articulate clear instructions for complex poses.
No two plans are ever the same because I observe your unique anatomy. The rhythm of a steady practice creates lasting change in how we inhabit ourselves. Let us find your stillness together.

Movement is often more about letting go than forcing a specific shape. I admit that sometimes the simplest sun salutation is the hardest one to perfect. We will address mobility for stiff joints while refining your alignment and posture. I integrate pranayama to build essential breath control throughout your flow.
