About Yash
My name is Yash, I am an incoming BSc Physics with Theoretical Physics undergraduate at King’s College London and have a strong interest for applied mathematics in Physics and Economics.
My qualifications include achieving 10A*s and GCSE/IGCSE and 40 / 45 in the notoriously difficult IB Diploma. In the IB, I took Maths Analysis and Approaches, Physics and Economics at Higher Level, and took Psychology, Italian and English at Standard Level.
I have experience with tutoring through volunteering to help teach Maths, Science and Coding to primary schools kids, as a part of the service programme at Sevenoaks School.
I am keen to tutor students who find Maths and Science challenging, but also to help students who have a strong interest to achieve their goals for studying related subjects at school and/or university.

My approach to tutoring will revolve around past exam questions and papers for subjects like Maths and Physics, to establish strong fundamentals and help master exam technique. Whereas in subjects such as Economics and Psychology, my teaching will focus more on a deeper understanding and memorisation of content. Lessons will vary from 60-90 minutes, but open to flexibility.
I went to Sevenoaks School in the UK, and achieved 40/45 in International Baccalaureate Diploma, and 10 A*s in GCSEs. I am an incoming undergraduate for the BSc Physics with Theoretical Physics course at King’s College London, ranked 6th overall in UK by QS World University rankings.
My lessons are aimed at students doing Maths, Further Maths, Physics, Economics and Psychology at 11+,13+, GCSE, IB and A-Level.
