About Jiya

I bring strong academic achievement and hands-on tutoring experience to every lesson. I achieved 3A*s at A-Level, placing as the second-highest performing student in my school year. These results reflect not only subject expertise but also the study techniques, exam strategies, and time management skills I now teach my students. About the lesson

Lessons are adapted to individual learning styles and goals, whether preparing for exams, improving writing skills, or tackling difficult topics. Scaffolding techniques, retrieval practice, and Socratic questioning are regularly used to develop independent thinking and long-term retention. Sessions are suitable for secondary school students (KS3, GCSE, and A-Level), especially those studying essay-based subjects such as History, Politics, or English. Lessons also support university applicants with personal statements, writing structure, and analytical skills. The aim is not only to help students improve grades, but also to equip them with tools to think critically, express themselves clearly, and study effectively—skills that benefit them far beyond the classroom.
