About Ramy
My name is Ramy, as a native Arabic speaker, I'm passionate about the Arabic language since I learned how to utter my first words. I studied and graduated in Arabic schools till secondary education. I have been teaching Arabic mainly in not-for-profit organizations to help students who can't afford to go to schools in the Middle East. Recently I joined a high school to support students' learning with a special focus on the Arabic language. I see languages as more than just words and sentences, they are a medium of exchanging ideas, experiences, and feelings. Being bilingual or trilingual as in my case opened the door for me to see the world with different lenses. I love to share experiences with my students and always learn from them as much as they learn from me.

My teaching methodology revolves around cooperative learning, monitoring students' responses to the content. The use of visuals, technology, and immersing students in the language is another method. Every student has different needs and hence my content is flexible and can easily be tailored accordingly. -As the attention span is getting shorter in the education process, I tend to make the duration of my lessons about an hour. -My teaching experience has been mainly in the NGO, helping kids who can't afford education fees. Recently I have joined high school and being a school support learning officer gave me a unique experience in communicating with students from year 7-year 12. -My lessons typically are for year 7-year 12 students, however, I can tailor my content for primary school students. I also have special content for adult non-Arabic speakers who wish to learn more about the language.
