About Marie
"Starting my career as a quant, I quickly realized the economic models taught in lectures rarely map perfectly to market reality. 160 students have sat across from me since I began teaching 6 years ago. Most come in intimidated by the sheer volume of data, yet they leave with a granular understanding of how fiscal and monetary policies actually move global markets.
I focus on the intersection of Econ and Finance, pulling from my own academic background and real-world quantitative experience. Concepts like game theory and market structures become intuitive when you see the numbers behind them.
