About Saurav
Hello! My name is Saurav Ghising, and I have a Master’s degree in English. I have a strong academic background in literature and language, but what truly defines me is my passion for learning, expression, and creativity. As a tutor, I teach English up to the undergraduate level, with a focus on literature, grammar, essay writing, and critical analysis. My lessons are tailored to the student’s level—whether simplifying key concepts for school learners or encouraging in-depth discussions and analytical writing for undergraduates. I use interactive methods like close reading, guided discussion, and practice exercises to make learning engaging and effective. Outside the classroom, I am a musician and songwriter with years of live performance experience. My love for music and literature often informs my teaching, as I believe both are powerful tools of self-expression and interpretation. This creative perspective allows me to connect with students not just academically, but also personally, inspiring them to see language as something alive and meaningful. Typical Lesson Plan:

I often use questions, short activities, and model essays to make learning active. Each session ends with a recap and small tasks for practice, so progress feels consistent and measurable.
