I am a qualified Yoga Therapist with BSc and MSc in Yogic Science, dedicated to helping individuals heal naturally through Yoga Therapy, Ayurvedic lifestyle guidance, and Meditation. 5+ years experience I specialize in lifestyle and hormonal disorders, including thyroid issues, back pain, stress, anxiety, and women’s wellness.
