About Ayush
I am self taught yoga teacher, my teachers are Vedas and classical books of yoga. Though I don't possess any degree in yoga, my clients says that their mental stability has increased after my sessions.
I don't know why so called yoga gurus spoil the true form of yoga. Yoga will benefit us only when done in its true form and proper sequence.
