About Tarrah
Hello,
I am Tarrah. I recently graduated with my master's degree in communications, and I have my bachelor's in English with minors in secondary education and Spanish. I have a passion for learning and education. I used to not like reading because I thought it was difficult. At the time, I didn't know I had ADD, and I didn't find out until grad school when I couldn't focus on my final project. I know what it's like to struggle with learning, and with two college degrees, I know how to help others learn too. There is a science to learning, and I can show you the cheat codes to trick your brain into learning hard stuff the easy way!

Once I am able to see where you are with grammar, reading, or writing, I will personalize lessons based on your needs and personal interests. My teaching philosophy is rooted in comfortability. Even though I am an expert in my field, I don't want my experience and degrees to intimidate you. Look at this tutoring lesson as a mentorship rather than a teacher-student relationship.
