About Katia

I am passionate about knowledge, the authentic knowledge of quality of life. I found the chance to dig deep into this wisdom in Ayurveda, yoga and body therapy. All of this helps me and my students find the precious connection between mind, body and spirit. It helps to live balanced, healthy and active.

About the lesson

I teach ancient yoga philosophy and practice. In our classes you get to know the theory behind the physical forms of yoga positions, breathing exercises and music meditations. As a result, you not only gain strength and flexibility in your body, but also in your emotions and mind!
