About Evelina

I’m a yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience, offering private and group classes in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga in North London. I also integrate breathwork, meditation, chakra healing, and Yoga Nidra for deep rest and nervous system support.

I work with all levels, from beginners to advanced students, tailoring each session to your needs. Classes can be dynamic and strengthening or slow and restorative, helping you build strength, improve flexibility, reduce stress, and reconnect with your body.

I am also trained in Thai Yoga Massage and Reiki, which I incorporate into private sessions through assisted stretches and energy-based techniques to release tension, improve circulation, and create more ease in the body.

Alongside 1:1 and group classes, I offer chakra energy healing sessions, corporate wellness, retreats, workshops, and women’s circles. I can also design bespoke sessions and events tailored to your needs.

I also teach children’s yoga, working with all ages from early years to teenagers.

About the lesson

Lessons are available in three ways: I can travel to you, host you in my space, or teach online via Zoom. I offer in-person sessions across North and North West London, with travel from Mill Hill East (a £10 travel fee may apply depending on distance).

My teaching is rooted in classical Hatha Yoga, adapted to suit your individual needs and level. Each session is tailored, whether your focus is building strength, improving flexibility, supporting weight management, or simply slowing down and reconnecting with your body.

Alongside the physical practice, I integrate breathwork, meditation, and occasionally mantra or mudras to support mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall wellbeing. For those with injuries or limited mobility, I offer gentle adaptations including chair yoga.

I also offer my signature fusion sessions, combining yoga, Reiki, and Thai Yoga Massage. These sessions are designed to support deeper release, restore balance in the body, and create a more holistic and nurturing experience.

Sessions can also include elements of chakra awareness and energy work, creating a deeply restorative and integrative practice.

I offer a free phone consultation to understand your needs, goals, and any injuries or health considerations. You’re also welcome to book a free 30-minute trial class online, so you can experience my teaching and see if it feels right for you.

This first lesson offered with Evelina will allow you to get to know each other and clearly specify your needs for your next lessons.

Rates & Booking Information

Rates apply to private sessions for 1–2 people. For each additional person, a £20 surcharge applies (up to a maximum of 10 people).

For larger groups, bespoke events and celebrations, an additional £10 per person applies for each person over 10.

Session rates:

- £80 = base private yoga session (1–2 people)
- £100 = signature fusion sessions (yoga, Reiki & Thai Yoga Massage integration)

You will receive a free initial phone consultation where we discuss your needs, injuries, and expectations. I also offer a complimentary 30-minute online trial class to see if we feel aligned and if my teaching is the right fit for you.

For 1:1 sessions, I maintain professional boundaries and reserve the right to end a session if behaviour is inappropriate or feels unsafe.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

- Sessions must be booked at least 72 hours in advance
- All classes or class blocks are paid at the time of booking
- You may reschedule your session once, with at least 72 hours’ notice
- Cancellations within 72 hours will be charged in full and cannot be rescheduled
- If I need to cancel, you may reschedule or receive a full refund

Online Sessions
In the case of internet issues on either side, the session will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time.

Class Blocks

Block of 4 classes: valid for 6 weeks from the first session
Block of 8 classes: valid for 10 weeks from the first session
