I worked as Online Chat Representative in Etech Global Services for the client company. I have been recognized with several rewards in my career working for the campaign.
I started my new career in Etech as a Online Chat Representative so, now I'm looking forward keep the same momentum in my new position of IT Help Desk Technician.
Etech Global Services, is a Consumer Support Company focused on best customer satisfaction. In this role I am focus on Chat Process, although I have done extensive Email process in the past. Successes included chatting with the US based customers and interaction through via email, call and chat process and was key to the success for the current company.
Colleagues know me as a highly creative who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach. But I know that the client’s business comes first, and I never try to impose my ideas on others. Instead, I spend a lot of time understanding the business and the audience before suggesting ideas. I can (and often do) work well alone, but I’m at my best collaborating with others.
As a freelancer, I am also working as Web Designing using HTML, CSS and also experienced in using designing platform such as WordPress. I had designed many websites mainly in the education sector.
Also, I started designing FortiGate Firewalls, hosting VPN server, domain controller, setup Active Directory and Office 365 email accounts as well as all the required software or servers needed to build a IT Infrastructure or maintaining any existing one.

About the lesson
