About Kaixiang

I'm graduating from the University of Toronto in November, 2023 with Honours Bachelor of Science. I have a double major in physics and mathematics. I have no previous job experience or teaching experience but I am passionate about teaching because I believe I can teach things to kids that I wish knew about when I was a student. I also believe that I'm able to teach in such a way that allows students understand the material better and consequently, develop their interest in mathematics or physics. I find teaching very meaningful and rewarding so I genuinely enjoy working with students! Lastly, I'm fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Update: I have been working full time for 3 months at a private high school from Mondays to Fridays, and part time at a tutoring center on the weekends. However, my schedule is not fixed so I still have time on the weekends and maybe on some weekdays to tutor.

About the lesson

-Structured to cover Grade 9-12 Ontario curriculum nicely
-Perfect for students who are looking for extra help in understanding mathematics or physics
-Lessons will be planned accordingly to accommodate the needs of each student
-As a tutor, I am patient, encouraging, and inspirational
-Looking forward to share things that I wish I knew when I was a student!
