Hello, I'm Teacher AL, and I'm more than just a teacher; I'm a lifelong learner on an ever-evolving journey.
My Journey into Teaching: My path to teaching is one filled with adventures and learning experiences. It began with a fascination for Eastern philosophies, which led me to China, where I immersed myself in the culture, the language, and the art of teaching. Teaching became more than a profession; it became my calling.
Life in China: During my time in China, I had the privilege of not only teaching English but also yoga and art. I had the joy of introducing both adults and children to the profound benefits of yoga, promoting physical well-being and inner peace. As an art teacher, I encouraged creativity, self-expression, and a deeper connection with one's emotions through the medium of art.
Career Progression: My career took me on an exciting journey, from being a dedicated English teacher to exploring the intricacies of language and literature. I continued to inspire both children and adults in the realms of yoga and art, making a holistic impact on their lives.
New Horizons: Currently, I find myself at a crossroads in my career. I'm gradually steering my path towards the fulfilling world of art therapy. My goal is to harness the power of art as a therapeutic medium to help individuals express themselves, heal, and grow.

ClassIn is an exceptional online learning platform that offers a dynamic and interactive virtual classroom environment. It stands out due to its comprehensive set of features, including live video, interactive whiteboards, and document sharing, which empower educators to deliver engaging lessons.
Yoga Class:
Yoga Mat:
Students should provide their own yoga mats for hygiene and personal comfort.
Comfortable Clothing: Wear appropriate, comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity.
Optional Props:
Depending on the level of the class, some students might choose to invest in yoga props like blocks, straps, and bolsters, but these can be optional.
Water Bottle:
Staying hydrated during yoga sessions is important, so students should bring their own water bottle.
Art Class:
Art Supplies:
Initially, some basic art supplies may be provided, but as classes progress, students and the teacher can agree on a small fee to cover additional or specialized materials.
Sketchbook:
A sketchbook or drawing paper is recommended for sketching and practicing.
Basic Art Supplies:
These may include pencils, erasers, markers, and paints. Students can start with a basic set and expand as they wish.
English Class:
Course Materials:
Depending on the class, PDF versions of books and materials may be provided for free by myself.

A notebook and pen are essential for taking notes and completing assignments.
