About Swathi
My name is Swathi Manikandan and I’m excited to be your tutor! I have a postgraduate degree in advanced naval architecture from University of strathclyde, and I’ve spent the past 6 months helping students like you achieve their academic goals. But beyond my qualifications, what really drives me is my passion for teaching and learning.
I remember what it’s like to be in your shoes—facing challenging subjects, preparing for exams, or simply wanting to understand something better. That’s why I’m here. I want to help you improve your grades and truly understand and enjoy the subjects we’ll be working on together.
Learning should be engaging and empowering; I’m here to make that happen for you. I’ll tailor our sessions to your unique learning style, ensuring that we work at a pace that’s comfortable for you, and focusing on areas where you need the most support.
I want to teach you because I believe that everyone has the potential to succeed with the right guidance and support. Whether you’re aiming to excel in exams, need help with your homework, or want to build confidence in your studies, I’m here to help you reach those goals.

I teach math and English to primary and elementary kids, with a maximum of 2 hours per day. The lessons can cover addition, subtraction, and multiplication tables within an hour, or extend to a week with more engaging and fun games.
