Graduated in Yoga Therapy from S-VYASA Yoga University, Bengaluru, India while being an intern in VYASA Aarogyadhama, Bengaluru for 8 months.
I've had the fortunate opportunity to represent my country in World & Asian level Yogasana Competitions & winning a position as well.

I'm seeking to implant expertise & enthusiasm in improving wellness among people of all age group while enabling them to commit to long-term fitness goals both mentally & physically.
