About Izzah

Izzah Awan is an independent artist and remote art teacher working with students across the UK, US, Dubai, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Ireland, Singapore, Hong Kong, Philippines and India. A graduate of Indus Valley School of Art and Architecture, she creates acrylic paintings, illustrations, and animations alongside teaching personalised art classes for different ages and skill levels. Her teaching approach is centred around being the kind of art teacher she once needed as a young artist.

About the lesson

I teach in a collaborative manner. Each lesson will focus on not just building up artistic skills but working towards your own creative goals. What do you want to achieve by learning how to draw and paint? Do you wish to put pencil to paper and create whatever is in your head or do you want to paint your surroundings hyper-realistically? Let’s talk about your dreams and work on them together :)

Hey, I’m Izzah’s brother and I’ve been watching her deliver countless classes and trainings in the past two years. She’s kind and passionate, she loves doing this for a living. In my opinion, it’s her Ikigai. She’s patient, confident and very talkative with her students. She keeps adding dynamics to her classes to make sure the experience is even better than the previous one. I’d highly recommend her as a teacher.
