About Francis
I am always on time: whether it's for meetings, appointments, or deadlines. I communicate promptly if delays occur.
I express my ideas clearly, listen actively, and avoid misunderstandings and always use polite language, even in difficult situations, and show respect for others' opinions. Whether in emails, meetings, or casual conversations, maintain a respectful and professional tone. I follow a dress code or norms of my workplace. Even in casual settings, i ensure my appearance is neat and presentable. I shall be honest and transparent in all actions and decisions, avoiding conflicts of interest and always adhere to ethical standards. I have always protected sensitive information, held TS clearance in the past, and respect others' privacy.
I have always taken responsibility for my actions, admit mistakes, and then corrected them.
I am committed to my work and will go the extra mile when necessary. I have received teaching awards from ITT and USSOCOM.

Graduate from New Jersey Institute of Technolgy: BSEE and MSEE. Member of Tau Beta Pi and Eta Kappa Nu. Tutored fellow students as an undergraduate. Taught algebra, geography, calculus and electronic systems at ITT Technical Institute (BSEET) and Varsity Tutors. I quickly learn and correct the weakest subject of the student. Today, I find the major weakness is the use of fractions.
I teach with and without the use of a calculator. My teaching level is from middle school to undergraduate college.
