About Alexandra
I hold an MFA in English and Creative Writing, BA in Literature. I'm professional Writer. TESL Certified. 10 years experience as a professor. 10 years as a private Creative Writing Instructor. Native Speaker of English. I am a fun-loving writer with a background in ESL. I love teaching people from all over the world.
I'm a professional writer with 20 years experience and have a background in Developmental Editing. I was a professor of English and Composition for ten years at the College Level. I love working with people. Do this on the side to the quiet life of writing.
On our first meeting, I talk with you and do an informal assessment of what you need.
Depending on what the student needs, I tailor the lesson accordingly. I can make it easier or harder depending on the level and help work toward a specific goal, like the college essay, or just build on prior knowledge, like gaining fluency or mastery in English.
