About Ava

My name is Ava, I'm in grade 12, and I'm delighted to assist in all areas of English study (at any level, Y10 or below). I'm very passionate about sharing new ideas for learning, and - having had my own math tutor for 3 years - understand the benefits of getting some additional support.

About the lesson

I have a genuine passion for learning and sharing ideas.
Depending on the specific needs of the student (from basic spelling and punctuation to outlining content and essay writing), the length of a tutoring session will vary. I'm very happy to discuss specific requirements or requests, if necessary.
I am in year 12, and I'm most passionate about literature and philosophy, but I am also studying mathematics, art and German. (Very willing to offer help in other areas if necessary).

Ava is a very mature, diligent year 10 student regularly achieving academic awards. She has experience babysitting for several local families and regularly volunteers with a reading program for younger students. She excels in particular with writing and would be a wonderful tutor for student needing a bit of extra help with their English studies.
