About Maimai
Hello, my name is MaiMai. I am passionate about teaching Yoga and guiding people toward a healthy, balanced, and joyful life.
I am qualified and registered with AUSactive as both a Gym Instructor and a Yoga Teacher, have completed 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training, Body Movement training, and over 100 hours of Qigong practice and teaching experience.
I help students reconnect with their bodies, calm their minds, and return to their “inner home” through mindful movement and breath.
In addition to physical training, I also study and practice “Understanding Inner Mind and Creating Inner Peace,” a profound self-development and inner peace education program. This study helps me support students not only in body and breath, but also in understanding emotions, awareness, and inner balance.
My teaching combines the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of Yoga and Qigong, helping you build gentle strength, harmony, and inner peace.

Each session is 45 to 60 minutes and the level depends on your experience and how long you've been practicing yoga.

Perfect! maimai is very good at explaining the correct posture pose etc. she knows her stuff and it was great to have the session with her
Perfect! Alice provide the Yoga lesson online. It was an excellent class, Alice provide clear and supportive instructions and explain what the move was and what part of the body & mind it affected. Very happy with the session.

I enjoy yoga class with teacher Mai. She patience to take her time to explain clearly, and she is very practical in her teaching. She have many year of experiences, and have taught many students.
