About Kris
Hi, I’m a person who’s all about the gym, healthy living, wanderlust, and my sausage dog.
By day I’m an English tutor who makes lessons feel like chats over coffee, but outside work I’m passionate about living strong and well. I love weight training – nothing beats the buzz of a good lift – and I’m into healthy food, solid sleep, and keeping everything balanced.
When I’m not in the gym or planning lessons, I’m usually plotting my next trip. I’ve got a long list of places still to see and I’m always happier with a passport in my pocket.
My cheeky sausage dog, Coco, is my favourite walking partner and sofa thief.
Life’s too short not to lift heavy, eat well, explore far, and enjoy the company of a four-legged buddy.
