I can't wait to work with students again and am especially excited to get the chance to help you and your child grow in this learning journey!
While working as a classroom teacher, one of my favorite moments was watching my student's eyes sparkle with understanding when they could finally grasp a topic we had been learning about.
As a tutor, I look forward to working with students in smaller settings and helping them achieve their goals, no matter how big or small!

I like to begin a lesson by connecting with my students, whether it's a quick hello, or asking them a question that blends into the content we'll be learning about that day.
I am a hands-on, visual learner and try to incorporate this aspect into my lessons even if we are learning virtually.
I come with nearly 20 years of experience in the classroom working with grades k-6 in all subject areas but my passion lies in teaching literacy and math!
